FICTION TO EMOTION
The ones who believe in love, the ones who don't, the ones who are trying and even the ones who have won at love, know what it is to lose. This is the basics of love and pain, It demands to be felt.
Here are some of the most emotional moments of my favourite - Harry Potter Series
First appearing in the Chamber of secrets, this house-elf left a big mark on us, teaching us no matter how small you are, you can be an asset to your friends. The moment where we see Harry crying over the death of his friend breaks my heart every time. Thanks to Dobby for saving the whole Wizarding World. You were definitely not just a house elf.
In the Deathly Hallows 1 movie, we see Harry, coming back to his hometown Godric's Hollow. I cannot help but feel sad for Harry when he comes to visit his parents' grave. It was the very first time in the series when Harry meets his parents physically and not using any other object. "His heart still beating, alive due to their sacrifice he stood there still wishing he was closer to them sleeping under snow with them" and then Hermione, with her pure heart, conjures flower wreath on their grave to pay her regards.
Believe me or not, this is one of the best shot scenes of the whole movie and because of Daniel Radcliffe, I can totally feel Harry wailing and mourning over the death of his Godfather Sirius, his family. Only one word and Sirius turned and went to the other side of the veil, never returning. The pain was felt, Harry! We all felt your loss was ultimate and after that I thought nothing worse could happen to you but we were wrong.
From the moment Dumbledore and Harry were drinking the potion in the cave I thought they wouldn't make it. To my surprise, I never could have guessed what would happen next! At the astronomy tower how Snape will be the one to kill Dumbeldore and thus will end the chapter of Harry's greatest mentor. Though his funeral scene was cut from the movies, the tribute given to him in movie is unique in its own way.
"I open at the close." He was ready to die and sacrifice himself for the good of others and used the resurrection stone to meet once more those who died for him. "Many died for The Boy Who Lived!" It was a heart-pounding moment to see all his family gathered around him as he was about to surrender himself to Voldemort for the greater good. His father told him that they will stay with him until the very end and they stayed close to him, always.
Life was unfair to Snape. We all mistook him to be a deceitful death eater who was always out to get Harry. In his death, we come to know his loyalty, courage, pain, all because of his love for Lily. He loved Lily from the depth of his heart, even though she was dead because of which his patronus and lily became same - a doe. The figment of Snape's pain as he hugged the lifeless body of lily will stay with me forever. I honestly thank him for teaching me the most important lesson that magic does not lie only in flicking wands and casting spells, but exists truly in love.
Yours Always,
Samarth
